I received Bowen treatment and massage from Oana, which helped me across the board! She helped me physically, mentally and spiritually. I do not feel as heavy as I used to with less pain in my hip and chest alongside less severe headaches. Mentally I feel I can self-regulate myself better with more of an understanding of how my systems are interlinked, same spiritually. She has a wide range of knowledge from a variety of services and methods to gifting me with nutritional information. With some knowledge myself on these topics I can say that I would highly recommend her services.

Highly recommended. This therapy made me feel me again. Oana showed me a great and professional attitude and explained to me how the therapy has worked since we started.

Let's start from the beginning. Last year, I broke up with my ex-husband and fell into a state of sadness, depression, and anxiety. I felt that nothing mattered; I had lost myself; I only saw myself as beautiful; I preferred solitude. One day we were talking with a friend; she knew what I was going through and told me if I didn't want to start Bowen therapy. I didn't really believe in therapy, but she told me that she could recommend someone who was doing this therapy. I said yes. I'm trying, because there can be nothing wrong with this. And I started the therapy. The first day I went, I was exhausted, angry, and sad. From the moment I entered the door of Oana's house, I can say that my condition had started to change. She welcomed me with warmth, and now when I speak, I feel the emotions. I started to tell her about my problems and what I went through. I told her that I also have problems with my back (herniated disc and sciatica). Even after the first session, my condition changed. I continued with the sessions, and I noticed how I started to change better and better, to trust myself, to change my perception, to change my way of thinking, and to socialise more. The back problems disappeared, and I started to think more positively and look at things differently. At the moment, I can say that I am a different person; I discovered myself, and I am very positive and selective. I highly recommend Bowen therapy (especially Oana), who helped me enormously with her advice on an emotional and physical level. ❤️❤️❤️

Gentle Reviving Therapy have had a great impact on my life and way of living.
Some year ago I was in a very serious vehicular accident and I suffered with wipe lash, lower back pain and a hip condition called sacroiliitis. Long story short did all kinds of physical therapy and treatments be the pain was always returning intensively after a few days and didn’t go way . This lead me into depression and stress even taking up excessive drinking among other. Till I experience Bowen therapy which really made a difference in my life. For such a gentle treatment it is very effective, after the first session I felt different and after the second session my levels of pain and stress was slowly decreasing. From the moment I walking into the room there is a great sense of ease which immediately triggered a relaxation response. In conjunction with my treatment sessions the stress and heaviness in my upper back, neck and shoulder has melted away, my back and hip pain are at a minimum allowing me to enjoy normal activities that was difficult before. No more headache, stop drinking and just a sense of feeling good.

Sometimes is very difficult to describe the felling after every session, I can only say that this therapy helped me a lot , and when I say a lot , I mean back pain , anxiety ,headache digestive problems and much more , also helped my daughter with her abdominal pain and discomfort during her period!
